AIRF 3206 - CRM-TEM and Two Crew Coordination

This course is designed to prepare the student for industry by learning to apply practical Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management skills, (CRM-TEM) in maintaining safe flight operations. The students will further be put through two crew simulator sessions where they will become proficient in applying CRM-TEM concepts in the flightdeck while enhancing their operational effectiveness in two crew flight operations. The Course strongly emphasizes Situational Awareness, and Active Communication skills, and effective systems monitoring in the modern flightdeck.
