This course provides students with an overview of direct and indirect compensation theory and practices within the Canadian business environment. Students will explore the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits systems, and how these align with an organization’s overall rewards strategy. Current practices that link total rewards and employee attraction, retention, and motivation will also be discussed.
Prerequisite(s): HRES 2170 .
