This course introduces key skills for career and academic readiness in psychology, emphasizing the practical application of psychology concepts to real-world contexts. Students will revisit foundational topics from introductory psychology to understand their relevance in personal and professional development. Each student will also be paired with a community partner to complete a micro-internship, applying psychological concepts to real-world projects. This course bridges academic learning with hands-on application, providing students with insights into psychology’s role across various professional settings and equipping them with a toolkit of skills for future academic and career paths.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 1104 with a minimum grade of C or higher
