CRJS 2008 - Environmental Criminology: Theories, Methods, and Strategies Credit(s): 3 Lecture Hour(s): 3 Lecture Hours Schedule Type: Lecture This course explores the field of environmental criminology. It provides a critical examination of the theoretical approaches, methods, and strategies within this field. Special emphasis is given to the relationship between crime and the environment (patterns), crime reduction, spatial dynamics of crime, the criminality of place, and the decision processes involved in criminal events.
