ENGL 3331 - Late Eighteenth-Century Literary Topographies Credit(s): 3 Lecture Hour(s): 3 Lecture Hours Schedule Type: Lecture This course examines the literature from around 1750 to the end of the Eighteenth Century, paying particular attention to travel literature, the contexts of the Republic of Letters, the critical meanings of sensibility, coffee-house culture, urbanization, popular magazines, and the rise of the novel.
