This course prepares students to execute strategic management decisions within the airline environment. Case studies will be used to review issues faced by management in the aviation industry in making strategic decisions to guide the airline to growth and profitability. Timing for fleet expansion, new route structures, joint agreements and alliances will be reviewed. STAR, SkyTeam and OneWorld will be researched.
