HPED 2850 - Introductory Strength Training Credit(s): 1.5 Lecture Hour(s): 3 Lecture Hours Schedule Type: Lecture This course introduces strength training principles that can be applied to counsel healthy individuals. The course builds on theory from Human Anatomy by applying concepts in that course to strength training principles. The course covers basic theory and emphasizes practical aspects of strength training. Students will be required to participate in strength training activities in this course.
