MGMT 2130 - Management Principles and Practices Credit(s): 3 Lecture Hour(s): 3 Lecture Hours Schedule Type: Lecture This course is a comprehensive and practical study of the major functions that comprise management processes, and the constraints within which the manager must operate. The focus (through the use of case studies and experiential exercises) is on how to perform these functions in an ethical and socially responsible manner to maximize productivity within the constraints of the organizational environment. A strong emphasis is put on understanding and identifying ethical dilemmas in the business world.
