ECON 2215 - Economic Regulation of Global Businesses (3 credits) 3 hours lecture Lecture This course focuses on strategic behaviour of multinational businesses in imperfectly competitive markets. Students will learn how businesses can compete with each other without violating competition laws around the world, including in Canada, the U.S. and the European Union. Topics studied include cartels, mergers, exclusive dealing, tied selling, and predation.
