The Bachelor of Business Administration - Human Resources major is designed to provide graduates with a solid grounding in the principles and practices of Human Resource Management. Students in this major may elect to pursue a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) upon graduation. This designation is a national standard that is increasingly valued by organizations that employ human resource professionals in various roles.
The Human Resource major consists of 10 courses, eight of which are required courses and two of which is chosen from a list of options. Students are strongly advised to consult an Advisor before choosing their Human Resource major courses and electives.

Bachelor of Business Administration
The foundation of the BBA includes sixteen required core business courses, 10 major courses, 10 General Education* courses, and four electives, for a total of 40 courses over four years. * Please consult the University Calendar for information concerning the University’s General Education requirement.
