RELS 4400 - Religion and Public Life

This course explores the role of religion in public life. It examines how religion manifests in public spaces and institutions, and considers the challenges and possibilities of religious diversity in contemporary society. Topics to be examined may include religion and politics, healthcare, poverty, education, food, art, human rights, law, public policy, ethnicity, immigration, and multiculturalism.
