SLGY 4732 - Selected Topics: Social Research

This course examines relevant approaches to sociological research. Having completed the required series of research methods courses in sociology, this course allows students to advance their research skills with a focused application of methodological techniques. Students may learn and apply advanced techniques from quantitative, qualitative, or emerging methods relevant to sociology. The course culminates in a project involving the in-depth analysis, interpretation, and communication of sociological research. 

Prerequisite(s): Both of SLGY 3321  and SLGY 3323 , or consent of the department.
