Physical Literacy incorporates elements of physical activity, and mental and social well-being while fostering the motivation, and confidence to lead a healthy and active life. It is much more than participating in sports and physical activity, it’s about leading others, and ourselves, to live an active and healthy lifestyle. This health and physical education minor will provide Bachelor of Education students with experiential knowledge and learning to incorporate physical literacy into the education curriculum.
