AIRF 2101 - Aviation History and Air Law

This course is a wide ranging examination of the Aviation Regulations, including the structure of the regulatory system, the organization of the Canadian Aviation Regulations and the Rules of the Air. Students will also explore the historical context of the regulatory and legal environment within the Aviation Industry, including an examination of contractual issues specific to aviation business. The Course explores the legal issues that confront pilots and the Aviation Industry both in Canada and Internationally.
