This course provides theoretical knowledge and practical applications of Remote Sensing. Visualization and analysis of optical, radar and LiDAR data will be explored to support the interpretation of physical landscapes and cultural features. Machine and deep learning are introduced for object detection and image classification.

Prerequisite(s): GEOG 2553 or consent of the department.
