Commercial recreation encompasses the for-profit side of leisure including sports and fitness facilities, entertainment centres, retail sales, manufacturing, and service providers.  Students will explore best practices and relevant business principles for the effective and profitable management of enterprises from the lens of a manager or entrepreneur. Stages of the product value chain are examined for brick and mortar, mobile, and online delivery.
