This course critically introduces the relevance of peacebuilding, exploring how we can transcend conflict that impacts our lives and human community while still living within it. It enhances and interrogates our understanding of the relationship between peace and justice through critical analysis of personal, historical, social, political, cultural and economic factors. Students will gain and use essential skills, tools and opportunities for sustained peacebuilding. The specific content of the course will vary by term and instructor.
