DATA 5496 - Data Science Capstone

This is a mentored project-based course on data and questions from a partner within or outside the university. Students may choose projects related to the concentration that they have chosen and work with a mentor with expertise in that domain. With consultation with their mentors, students will formulate questions and design and execute a suitable solution. Students will produce a project report, presentation, and possibly other products, such as a computer application to demonstrate the solution.

Prerequisite(s): DATA 3453 and DATA 3464 both with a minimum grade of C- and department approval.
