NURS 2112 - Alterations in Health: Nursing Knowledge and Therapeutics I

This course helps students to understand nursing care for diverse individuals experiencing alterations in health, using health promotion approaches and resources. Students will integrate the principles of pharmacology, pathophysiology and related nursing practice knowledge, critical thinking and clinical judgment. This 2000 level course builds on content in the previous levels of the program. 

Prerequisite(s): A grade of a C- or higher in BIOL 1221 , C or higher in NURS 1213  and an EP in NURS 1214 .
Corequisite(s): NURS 2111  and NURS 2113 .
